Winter conditioning has been underway since December. Running club (primarily for distance runners) is happening M, W, TH at the North High School indoor track (3-4:30pm)- Contact Coach Blake or Knoll about this. Other athletes are encouraged to attend weight lifting and speed work on M, W, F at the North High School Weight Room (3-4:15) with Coach Kingma, Diekevers, and Laatz.
